Food Resources

Access to nourishing food is essential to the health and well-being of our community. At Healthy Peninsula, we work to connect individuals and families with local food resources—whether it’s finding a nearby food pantry, signing up for meal programs, learning about nutrition, or growing your own vegetables.

On this page, you'll find information about free and low-cost food options available across the Blue Hill Peninsula and Deer Isle-Stonington.

If you need help navigating these resources, or aren’t sure what’s available to you, please contact Anna Wind by email: awind@healthypeninsula.org or call our office at 207-374-3257.
