Healthy Peninsula is delighted to announce that Becky Pease has joined our family as the Choices That Matter Coordinator. She brings to us valuable experience from her former job as Program Director for Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County and her service on boards of various nonprofit agencies. She feels that helping a family or individual make life-changing decisions is an honor.
Becky will be working part time out of our Blue Hill office, supporting the Choices That Matter Community Conversation project, a collaborative effort of Healthy Peninsula, Blue Hill Memorial Hospital, a number of social-service agencies, and an amazing and enthusiastic group of volunteers. Its goal is to assist and encourage all residents of Hancock County in making their end-of-life wishes known to both their families and their healthcare providers.
