After two-plus decades in rural health (business/program development, fundraising, advocacy, and community relations), I am thrilled to be part of the Healthy Peninsula team - helping to coordinate HP's Healthy Aging initiative. My experience with Maine's older adult population includes grant writing, service expansion, and program evaluation for a wide range of community-based organizations and service providers, including hospitals, community health centers, wellness facilities, and the Maine Council on Aging. Prior to that, I worked as a biomedical illustrator.

Various career offerings (and a strong sense of adventure) have taken me and my family all around the country. We've lived in seven different states, including Wisconsin and Minnesota, where my wife and I raised our two children. But our roots are now firmly planted in Maine. While we reside in Hampden, much of our free time is spent hiking, kayaking, and biking around the Blue Hill Peninsula. Our goal is to relocate there as soon as an opportunity presents itself.
